Rules
- Each contestant will have a maximum of 3 minutes for self-introduction.
- Contestants will be judged based on their choice of attire and overall presentation.
- Each contestant will be given a designated time for a stage walk, showcasing poise, grace, and confidence.
- Contestants will participate in a Question and Answer round, where they will respond to questions posed by the judges.
- The judges’ decision will be final and binding.
General Policy
- Organizer Cancellation

- If the event is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, technical issues, permissions, safety concerns, etc.), participants will be informed at the earliest.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a specified period ( 7–14 working days).
- Any convenience or processing charges may be non-refundable.
- Participant Cancellation

- No refunds for non-attendance.
- Event Postponement

- If the event is postponed, registrations will automatically be valid for the new date.
- Force Majeure

- The organizers are not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, refunds will be handled at the discretion of the organizers.
- Decision Authority

- The final decision regarding cancellation and refunds rests solely with the event organizing committee.
- A minimum of 5 teams is required for each event.
